Skill level Open to all interested in human and planetary flourishing. No previous mindfulness experience necessary.
Designed and run by Senior Mindfulness Teacher and Theologian, Dee Hennessy, you will be guided in a small group through a quiet day of exploring mindfulness & cosmology.
This day of meditation will draw upon the work of Thomas Berry, Brian Swimme, Ilia Delio, and Judy Cannato, among others, and our mindfulness resources include the writings of Sharon Salzberg, Satish Kumar, Tich Nhat Hanh, and Francis Bennett.
Through the practice of mindfulness, you will gain a deeper sense of the unity of all being, and of your place within the cosmos. In particular loving compassion will help you to deepen your wonder, joy and resilience as you discover the unity of all that is.

15.45 Input on Compassionate Living followed by Loving Kindness practise
16.15 Gratitude Practise
17.00 Finish with take away tips resources for personal and planetary flourishing.
During the session, I listen as you share. I may occasionally question, challenge, or support you as appropriate. Ultimately, you will own whatever insights are uncovered, as well as whatever action you might take. We end the session with a short meditation, thanking Wisdom for the sacred space and the support, and asking for continued guidance and blessings in your life.
