Mindful Living
Designed and run by Senior Mindfulness Teacher and Theologian, Dee Hennessey, you will be guided in a small group through a quiet day of exploring the theme of presence, hope, and connection through reflections on the Advent story.
Through short inputs and guided reflections on the themes of darkness into light from both nature and the Wisdom traditions, you will be supported to come home to yourself and to the peace that is within you and to be present to the unfolding of what is to come.
