Once you book this one day at home retreat you will receive a welcome email heling you to prepare yourself and your space for this resourceful one day retreat. The day is gently paced with nine short videos ( ranging from 5 to 25 minutes long)along with follow up exercises and mindfulness practices with suggestions for timing of coffee and lunchbreaks. On completion of the last video you will receive a pdf resource pack with practical resources for you to continue your mindfulness and compassion practise in your daily life.
During the session, I listen as you share. I may occasionally question, challenge, or support you as appropriate. Ultimately, you will own whatever insights are uncovered, as well as whatever action you might take. We end the session with a short meditation, thanking Wisdom for the sacred space and the support, and asking for continued guidance and blessings in your life.
