Dee’s style in handling both the course content and the people is fantastic. I have really appreciated the positive messages and techniques that I got from the course I found the course enormously helpful as the whole theme of befriending yourself will help you to be more at one with yourself and others. And by befriending others you feel better about yourself thus effectively building a circle of positivity. The course was very helpful to me personally and it was delivered by Dee in a very positive and encouraging way. Dee always had a positive comment to add to whatever someone said, helping all to feel comfortable and engaged. Gerard Mc Morrow participant on June 2020 course

She has studied with leading teachers from both Western and Eastern Wisdom traditions, as well as having a full immersion into the neuroscience underpinning current secular mindfulness practice. Her philosophy is simple, and underpinned by her three core beliefs:
1) Like the Dali Lama, her religion is kindness.
2) The current wave of interest in forest bathing is a reminder of what we know already – nature heals.
3) Neuroscience allows us to use short mindfulness practices to live happier and less stressed lives

During the session, I listen as you share. I may occasionally question, challenge, or support you as appropriate. Ultimately, you will own whatever insights are uncovered, as well as whatever action you might take. We end the session with a short meditation, thanking Wisdom for the sacred space and the support, and asking for continued guidance and blessings in your life.
